Leading professional staffing recruitment consultancy Barclay Meade, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Matchtech Group, has strengthened its HR recruitment team with the appointment of Michaela Poust as lead consultant based at the firms St. Albans office.
An experienced recruitment professional with more than 18 years experience in the industry, Michaela joins Barclay Meade from recruitment consultancy MacMillan Davies Hodes (MDH) where she worked for two years.
In her new role, Michaela will be responsible for driving the growth of Barclay Meades specialist HR recruitment team which includes temporary contracts, interim management positions and permanent staff.
