Matchtech Group have conducted a survey of recent graduates* about the job hunting services offered by Universities across the UK. Here is a summary of the information we have gathered.
Current Employment Situation of Graduates Surveyed:
Over 61% of the graduates we surveyed are in employment with 24% of these being employed in a non degree related role.
Did your University supply you with relevant information about potential careers?
Over 55% agree or completely agree that their university provided them with relevant career information

What employer led sessions would be valuable?
Over 80% of recent graduates surveyed agreed that, in hind sight they would have attended sessions on CV's, Interviews and job hunting now that they have left University.
