Staffing support for charitable pop-up restaurant
Berkeley Scott, the UKs leading hospitality and catering recruiter, has committed its support to a charitable pop-up restaurant by donating staff.
The initiative, led by a number of leading chefs including a MasterChef winner, are creating the restaurant to raise funds following the devastating earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand
A sensational 7-course dinner, served at One Moorgate Place, will be cooked by award winning chefs, followed by an auction of fabulous prizes on 4th April.
Mike Gardner, temporary operations manager in London, said this is a really worthwhile cause and we are happy to support it.  But it is also important that the event has good quality staff working on it and we have guaranteed that all the temporary workers we donate will be of the highest standard.
Berkeley Scott is in good company, with the event already securing:
5 Michelin star chefs
Other chefs holding upwards of 30 AA Rosettes between them for the brigades
John Torode and Gregg Wallace, the MasterChef judges
Mat Follas, 2009 MasterChef Champion, Dhruv Baker, 2010 Champion, Steve Groves, 2009 MC The Professionals champion and Lisa Faulkner, Celebrity MC 2010 champion
Front of House teams from some of London and England's best restaurants
Tim Hayward, the food writer, hosting the auction
