UK Businesses could save 2billion a year on recruitment fees
UK businesses could save over 2billion a year on recruitment, a new recruitment service has found. With over 400,000 permanent jobs being filled through recruitment agencies every year and nearly 700 million being spent on advertising, UK businesses could save themselves billions of pounds each year by getting smarter with their recruitment methods.
staffbay, a revolutionary, interactive and fully on-line recruitment platform for candidates and employers can save businesses on average 88% in recruitment costs , one of the most expensive overheads.

A recent report by REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) has also found that one in five recruiters believe that employers are increasingly taking over the recruitment process to try and save money.
Founded by industry experts, staffbay is set to revolutionise online recruitment by opening up the interaction between candidates and potential employers. staffbay is free to advertise and free to search immediately saving UK businesses the 698 million they currently spend on recruitment advertising without the guarantee of even finding a candidate.
Employers on average pay 4,500 on each permanent employee they hire through a recruitment agency, with no guarantee that they will finish a probation period in the job.
Karren Brady, one of the UK's best known business women and 'Apprentice' aide, is supporting staffbay, she comments: Recruitment advertising is a really expensive overhead for businesses. Staffbay is fantastic because you only pay once the right candidate has accepted.
staffbay is the one-stop-shop for jobseekers and employers looking to recruit new employees. It enables candidates to upload a CMe instead of a CV, with video, personal profiles and certificates. This allows greater searchability for employers to connect the right candidate to the right job and enables employers and candidates to interact online throughout the complete recruitment process, from initial introduction through to checking references, job offer and acceptance.
With over 50 employers and nearly 500 candidates already signed up, Karren adds: staffbay gives employers the chance to see, and to listen to potential employees. I think staffbay is going to change the way that we employ people and the way people get jobs.
