Alexander Mann Solutions appoints Tim Sharp as Head of Client Services

Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), which builds world-class resourcing capability for clients through outsourcing and consulting services, is pleased to announce that Tim Sharp has joined the organisation as a Head of Client Services, based in the UK.

Previously employed as the Director of Administration with FIFA LOC (International Federation of Association Football) for the Club World Cup in Abu Dhabi, with past roles encompassing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), training and HR consulting, Tim joins AMS with over 14 years experience in the recruitment industry.

He has extensive knowledge of the international recruitment marketplace including working in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai. His experience in the Middle East includes setting up an RPO and training firm and being instrumental in winning the first RPO deal in the region. In his role as Head of Client Services at AMS, Tim will be responsible for leading its account relationship with Baker Hughes, helping to create a best practice RPO solution. Commenting on joining AMS, Tim said Its refreshing that a company of the size and success of AMS can still be open to learning and growing. I want to continue in that vein and be brave enough to look at things differently and as solutions-focused as I can be for the clients I work with over the years to come.

Steve Leach, a member of AMSs Leadership Team, commented Tim brings a wealth of resourcing and business expertise, gained in a number of high-profile roles across three continents. His appointment considerably strengthens the capability in our defence, energy and engineering business and I am really excited about the impact Tims leadership will have on our relationship with Baker Hughes globally.
