AWARD-winning recruitment consultancy Plum Personnel is celebrating 10 years in business with ambitious plans to see the company expand further over the next decade.
Director Julie Whitehouse believes that along with many other small businesses there are challenging times ahead. Surviving the recession has stood the team in good stead for facing the challenges of the future were looking forward to continuing to build the business and develop it further over the next 10-years.
Based in Solihull, the Company provides temporary and permanent recruitment solutions from senior to junior roles to organizations in the West Midlands.
Speaking at the companys 10th birthday celebrations Julie paid tribute to the team at Plum Personnel and told why she believes the firm would continue with its success.
She said, For a small company like Plum, reaching a decade in business is a real milestone. I have no doubts whatsoever that our success is down to the dedication of the whole team involved in the business. I think the key to our success is down to the quality of the service we provide. Our focus on providing cost effective recruitment solutions support and service will continue to be our strength. However, like any business we are nothing without our customers.
Julie continued, We place an enormous value on the quality of relationships we enjoy with our clients who really appreciate that year after year they have been dealing with consultants they know. They can trust the team to have a deep understanding of the particular needs of their business.
As part of the Companys anniversary, Plum has launched a new range of client services to help address the recruitment and HR challenges faced by local businesses as the outlook for the economy remains unclear.
Director Susie Ankrett said, We would like to say massive thank you to all our clients who have supported us throughout the last decade. Without them it just would not have been possible.
