Primat Recruitment shows commitment to candidates with double appointment

Specialist recruitment consultancy, Primat Recruitment, is continuing to bolster its team with the appointment of two new Candidate Care Consultants, in line with the companys strategic commitment to candidate care. The recruitment consultancy, which proactively serves the energy, power, process and built environment sectors, is confident that these latest appointments play a crucial role in Primats long-term development.

Based in the Aberdeen office, Morag Young and Gemma Hutcheon will be the first point of contact for candidate queries and will have responsibility for supporting Primat candidates during their assignment.  This move is a significant reflection of Primats ongoing commitment to providing the best possible service to candidates, by offering dedicated specialists who will be on hand to deal with any candidates concerns.

Morag, who has worked with Primat for two years as Business Administrator for the Aberdeen recruitment team, takes on her new role with a wealth of experience in customer care, which spans over more than 20 years. With her notable expertise in customer care and in-depth knowledge of Primat, Morag will be responsible for driving forward Primats dedicated service to candidates.

Morag said: "I am very pleased to be part of the candidate care team. This significant enhancement of the candidate care service is a major part of Primats growth strategy and highlights our ongoing commitment to candidates. I am very much looking forward to being involved in further developing and improving the service capability of Primat Recruitment.

Gemma, who newly joins the Primat candidate care team, worked for several years in agency recruitment before deciding to move out of the sales recruitment environment, taking on the role of Resource Assistant for the Grampian Police, which she held for two years. Gemma will spend her first week with the team in Darlington for training before joining the team in Aberdeen.

Together, Morag and Gemma will play a pivotal part in the delivery of Primats Candidate Care Programme.
Primat has made candidate care a companywide focus over the past year, something that is reflected by the positive feedback which Primat has recently received from clients and candidates alike.
