Brightpool continues rapid growth with hire of two new consultants
Brightpool, the new sister company of Interim Partners, which is the biggest provider of interim managers to the private sector, has continued its rapid growth by hiring two experienced consultants.
Brightpool was set up in 2010 by Doug Baird, Managing Director of Interim Partners, who has led the exceptional growth of Interim Partners since founding it in 2003.  In 2009 Interim Partners was ranked in the Top 30 of the 100 fastest growing companies in the UK by the Sunday Times, maintaining its record as one of the UKs fastest growing businesses for the second year running.
The new hires for Brightpool are:
?         Paul Philips, who brings with him over eight years recruitment experience. He joins from Michael Page Finance, where he was a manager and senior consultant. Before that he was at Witan Jardine. Key clients he has worked with include Land Securities, BUPA, Pearson Group and the Economist.
?         With over seven years recruitment experience, James OLoughlin joins Brightpool from Albemarle Interim Management, where he was a Senior Consultant managing the pharmaceutical healthcare practice.
The business expects to make multiple further appointments through 2011 as part of its five year growth plan.
Brightpool focuses primarily on the private sector, with key specialisms in finance, projects and change management, risk and compliance, HR and operations.
Interim Partners will continue to place interims at or just below board level, with day rates from 500 upwards, while Brightpool will recruit for the level below that, with day rates up to 500 and salary levels of 50,000 - 100,000.
Guy Emmerson, Managing Director of Brightpool, comments, Brightpool has picked up a lot of momentum already and we are excited to be making these new hires.
We are delighted to announce that James and Paul have joined our team as we believe that their experience means they will hit the ground running.
