Digby Morgan Expands its Interim Recruitment Divisions in London and the Thames Valley

As the market for talented HR professionals continues to grow across all sectors in the UK, Digby Morgan, the leading specialist HR search and selection consultancy, has added two new consultants to its specialist teams focused on recruiting interim HR professionals in the UK.
Rebecca Corben has recently joined Digby Morgan having previously worked at Venn Group both in a Business Development role and as the manager of the interim HR team. Rebecca has joined Digby Morgans interims team and will be focused on recruiting mid to senior level interim HR professionals up to around 70k (and its day rate equivalent) across all sectors throughout the UK.

Digby Morgan's Thames Valley team based in Reading has also been expanding and has welcomed its latest recruit to its interims team. Lucy Caird has over eleven years' recruitment experience, having begun her career working for Hays Accountancy in Southampton. More recently she has worked for Robert Walters HR, Huntress and Strategi Search & Selection recruiting on both the interim and permanent side in the Thames Valley and London. At Digby Morgan, Lucy will be responsible for interim recruitment in the Thames Valley from entry to mid level.

Digby Morgans CEO, Alistair Cook, is delighted with these new hires and the continuing prospects for 2011. Weve had a great start to 2011 and are cautiously optimistic that this will continue throughout the year as we see a continuing, albeit gradual, return of confidence in the HR recruitment sector.

Although we fully expect trading conditions to be challenging for some time yet, Alistair Cook continued, we are continuing to invest heavily in attracting, retaining and developing our own talent. For instance, we are currently rolling out new development and training programmes for all of our consultants in our offices across the world. Furthermore, in addition to these recent arrivals, we expect to announce further appointments in the next few weeks and throughout the year across all of our teams both here in the UK and in our international offices.
