We are currently pioneering a new approach to headhunting moving away from the traditional country centric search consultancies. With the support of our strategically placed research centres, from our UK HQ we are able to offer a single point of contact globally for our clients ensuring a professional, high quality, personal service with consistency and complete visibility. With this offering we have recently won several global master agreements with some of the most successful and progressive conglomerates in the world.  Our focus now is to continue to offer a high quality service in identifying current and future leaders as well as highly technical specialists.
 
Why what we are doing is a better alternative to what other country centric headhunting practices are doing:
I am constantly working on projects with a c.$5b turnover automotive manufacturer. A role I recently successfully completed was for a senior purchasing specialist to be based in the East Coast of America. The hiring manager who I had detailed discussions with about the role  is based in Japan. Global HR who I also work very closely with are based in Germany and I am based in the UK. The candidate I successfully placed for the role was based in Hungary and re-located for the role.
 
If as a business we worked like other organisations, our ability to succeed would be hampered by the fact each of our country HQs would be competing against the next. There wouldnt be the same visibility and ultimately the client would be presented with a less detailed and comprehensive search. Therefore the positive aspects of our search and the reason our clients see us as the only alternative to the old Faithfulls is that we have clear visibility within our organisation globally. We also have a single point of contact for our client who is a specialist in that business i.e. Transportation, Oil and Gas, Energy and Renewables, Technology and New Media, Construction and Telecoms. We also have consultants with technical/role specialisms (engineer, Purchasing, HR etc..) as well as a broad spectrum of language capabilities within our teams.  
The roles we deal with are business critical, highly visible and/or technical specialist and/or executive with a focus on international capabilities. These roles are 100k and an important part of the future development and success of the organisation we are partnering with. There are not many of these people, sometimes a handful globally and this is why our approach is the only way to ensure we identify these high potentials for our clients.
