Members give positive feedback about REC
For the first time, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has released details of its performance on member satisfaction.

Working with TNS Research International (TRIM Index*), one of the worlds leading market research companies over the past two years,  the REC has established a programme of robust, independent customer review, enabling key improvements and developments to be made in its offering to the recruitment industry.

The feedback indicates very high levels of member satisfaction and loyalty. Benchmarked against other customer centric organisations, the data shows that over the past two years, the REC has consistently performed in the top 10 per cent of all companies. It also enables the REC to get impartial feedback on how well it is doing in the eyes of its members.

Simon Wood, UK Head of Stakeholder Management at TNS Research International, says: These very high scores show that the REC is an organisation which is consistently delivering satisfaction to its customer base, and the very high levels of loyalty are also a clear indicator of a company demonstrating to its customers that it understands and meets its requirements.
Neil Smith, REC Chair, explains We are always looking to continually improve in our quest to become a world class organisation in delivering our products and services. This shows that the constant hard work of our executive and staff teams is providing what the members want. The REC Council use this data as one measure amongst a balanced score card of indicators to judge how the REC is performing. If you place this alongside growing corporate membership and good financial performance, it shows that the REC continues to do a great job on behalf of its members.
