Morgan McKinley Financial Services has appointed Tara Wallace as Manager of the Secretarial and Office Support team, providing permanent recruitment solutions across the entire financial services sector in London. This appointment underlines Morgan McKinleys development of its UK business support offering, complemented by office support sister brand La Crme being renamed to Morgan McKinley earlier this year.

From 2009 to 2010, the number of jobs within financial services for office support professionals rose by 10%, reflecting the start of the recovery period for the hiring market. With total job opportunities across financial services rising by 12% from Q1 2010 to Q1 2011, it is anticipated that there will be greater movement and hiring activity across the market for office support professionals over the remainder of this year.

Tara Wallace joins Morgan McKinley Financial Services from Joslin Rowe with 13 years experience in secretarial and office support recruitment. Her knowledge and insight gained from recruiting staff at all levels has seen her successfully help numerous clients with their resourcing needs.
