The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) raised the profile of professional practices in executive search in Spain at the latest Executive Employment and Talent Management conference in Madrid, organised by EOI Business School. The AESC was represented by Spanish members - Plcido Fajardo of Leaders Trust International and Luis Truchado of Eurogalenus / Penrhyn International - at a round table discussion on Attracting Talent. The forum highlighted the increasing impact of market globalization on the candidate and the necessity for senior executives to be highly adaptable to multicultural work environments.
The AESC had further representation at a second event in Madrid on Good Practice in Search and Recruitment, organised by the Madrid College of Psychologists in coordination with the Association of HR Directors in Spain (AEDIPE).
The current local efforts to improve the good practice of executive search services in Spain mirrors the long standing work of the AESC via its Industry Standards and global outreach.
