Champagne launch for recruitment firm’s new website

Commercial and Executive recruitment specialists, White Horse Employment and Professional Resources, celebrated the launch of the firm's new website, created in partnership with TEAM Approved Supplier – Reverse Delta, with a champagne party and prize giving event at their offices in Wiltshire.

Going “live”, was an exciting time for the White Horse Employment team, asking local jobseekers to shape the future of the new website, by introducing a competition for one lucky jobseeker to win an iPod Nano, champagne and other goodies, in return for their valuable feedback.

The winner of the competition, Nick Giles found “the new site simple and informative while being intuitive to use” and joined them in champagne toasts to the launch.

Guest speaker, David Baker, President of the Trowbridge and District Chamber of Commerce, congratulated the company on its successful 22 years as a local business, and their move to introduce a new website, embracing 21st century technology.

“The launch is very much a celebration of the completion of what has been an amazing project to be part of”, said Emma Roberts, support services manager for the firm. “We have not only changed our online presence considerably, but also embarked on a rebrand exercise to mark the occasion, and working with a TEAM Approved Supplier like Reverse Delta, has made the project so much easier not only to manage but to deliver a product that improves front and back office processes – the return on investment has been fantastic, a must have for any independent recruitment agency.”

Dave Haygarth, Operations Director for Reverse Delta said “Reverse Delta have built over 50 specialist websites for recruitment companies on their FXRecruiterTM software and took great pleasure in partnering with White Horse Employment to build a fully functional website integrating candidate and client zones, blog and social media integration”. With a 50% increase in the volume of website traffic from tailored email alerts and blog functions, Dave added “The resulting website, designed by partner I.E. Marketing has seen impressive increases in candidate-engagement and visitor levels since its launch”.

 “The hard work that has been involved in securing our continued success in difficult times has paid off”, says Beverley Glover, managing director of the recruitment firm, “and what better way to celebrate than with jobseekers, staff and local employers alike”.

Beverley is also looking forward to their first appearance on the “big screen”, “we have incorporated Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn into our new site, and are even looking at our first film debut on YouTube, it’s a very exciting time”.

Established in 1988, owner manager Beverley added: “The new website is just one step of many that the team have embarked upon, and it is an exciting time to be part of this organisation.”
