Grace Blue is joined by Mother’s ex-Head of TV to launch unique global creative offering

Global executive search company Grace Blue has appointed Zoe Bell, former Head of TV at Mother as creative partner to develop the strongest creative recruitment offering in the world. Bell will be joined in this venture by creative consultant Sarah Callis who as joined from ?What IF! where she worked alongside the Founder/Chairman and Global Client Director.

Belland Callis are the first creative headhunters to come from creative backgrounds.

Together, they will spearhead a fresh and innovative approach to Grace Blue's creative practice. Such strong agency backgrounds only further strengthen Grace Blue's offering as demand grows globally for expertise in the creative leadership function.

Gay Haines, Jay Haines and Juliet Timms, formerly partners in Kendall Tarrant, established Grace Blue, five years ago.

Belljoined Mother when it was a fledging agency 13 years ago. She is credited for leading this team to create high profile and award winning campaigns for clients including Unilever, Coca-Cola, Orange and Boots. Bell was also associate producer on the award winning feature film 'Somers Town' directed by Shane Meadows for Eurostar.

Prior to this, Bell was Head of TV at HHCLPartners for five years, (Campaign's agency of the decade 2000), during which time it also won Campaign's agency of the year twice.  At HHCL, she led a team to produce award-winning work for Tango, AA, and Mercury. Bell is currentlyVice Chairman of the British Arrows.

Joining Bell in the venture is Sarah Callis as creative consultant. Callis who brings vast agency experience from the creative field, having worked closely with Sir John Hegarty for nearly five years, during which time the agency scooped awards for Lynx, Barclays, Levi's and Johnnie Walker as well as being Campaign Agency of the Year 2005.

Post BBH, Sarah joined the The Brand Union where, as part of the global executive team, Callis worked with global CEO Simon Bolton and his management team building global brands using a balance of brand strategy, creativity and execution. From then, Callis moved to ?What IF! before realising her true calling as a headhunter.
