A cost effective and forward thinking scheme for the recruitment industry.  When Ellingham Darcy have successfully placed their 5th member of staff within an organisation, they reward their client with the 6th placement for free.  No time limits, no restrictions, just goodwill.

Flat Fee Structure

Regardless of salary, all new clients will benefit from a flat fee structure of 12.5% on their first successful placement.
