Stafffinders celebrate 40 years of business
What do Stafffinders and Disney World Resort, Florida have in common?
We have both revolutionised our industries over the last 40 years
Stafffinders is an award winning leading independent Scottish Recruitment Agency for temporary, contract and permanent positions in a range of disciplines.
Working with many of the same clients year after year, Stafffinders still have the same passion and drive to deliver a great recruitment service, whether it is providing a temporary Cook to a small country house hotel or a Financial Controller to a large corporate organisation, the same level of thought and care is given finding the best candidate to fit the skills and environment required.
Stafffinders was founded by Bryan Sculler in 1971 and was only the 2nd recruitment agency in Scotland. Jane Wylie-Roberts, the current Managing Director is the daughter of the founder and has been working in the business full time since 1990.
Jane Wylie-Roberts, Managing Director said I am delighted that Stafffinders is still going strong after 40 years of business. Helping people find great jobs with top companies is something that gives me great pleasure
Jane continues Recruitment is not a 9-5 industry and we have a strong dedicated team of consultants and back office support who all work hard each day to ensure Stafffinders continue to provide a great service and are number one when
companies of all sizes need a little recruitment help Over the years Stafffinders have picked up a number of national and local awards including Scottish Recruitment Agency of the Year, UK Recruitment Agency of the Year, Best Performing Business in Renfrewshire and recently picking up the Recruitment Team of the Year Award at the Scottish Recruitment Awards.
With dynamic growth plans for the future, a family run attitude and a culture of continued innovation, Stafffinders looks forward to the next 40 years!
