HumanConcepts Transition Manager 4.4 Certified by SAP as Powered by SAP NetWeaver

HumanConcepts Transition Manager 4.4 Certified by SAP as Powered by SAP NetWeaver&reg

HumanConcepts, a leading provider of workforce decision support solutions, today announced that its Transition Manager 4.4 product has achieved SAP certification as powered by the SAP NetWeaver&reg technology platform.

The SAP&reg Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that HumanConcepts Transition Manager 4.4 integrates with SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (SAP NetWeaver PI) technology to exchange critical data with instances of SAP Business Suite software. This was certified via the NW-XI-CNT 3.0 interface scenario.

Transition Manager 4.4, now integrated with SAP solutions, delivers to customers a platform for managing voluntary and involuntary employee separations resulting from reorganisations, restructurings and reductions in force. It facilitates organisational agility by increasing visibility, improving decision making and reducing cycle time around employee redeployment and separations. With Transition Manager, organisations can more quickly adapt to changing market conditions and address strategic opportunities.

“While HumanConcepts already has an extensive list of clients using its solutions with SAP applications, SAP certification reinforces for our customers that Transition Manager integrates with SAP applications,” said Martin Sacks, CEO of HumanConcepts. “By integrating HumanConcepts Transition Manager with SAP solutions, customers also using SAP applications can now leverage a powerful platform for achieving organisational agility.”

Used by many of the world’s largest companies, Transition Manager delivers a dramatic and proven return on investment. It has been credited with preventing millions of dollars in legal claims, substantially reducing administrative costs and errors, delivering financial savings and improving the overall employee experience. More importantly, it ensures that transitions resulting from M&A or reorganisation are completed quickly and in compliance, so the organisation retains key talent and returns quickly to business as usual, mitigating risk while realising merger synergies or new opportunities sooner.

Delivered via a SaaS, Web-based platform, Transition Manager supports fact-based decision making, produces real-time reporting and automates administrative processes.  As a result of the certified integration with SAP NetWeaver, Transition Manager can now connect directly to the SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) solution to extract and update organisational information.
