Alexander Mann Solutions caters for clients’ needs in executive search

Alexander Mann Solutions, the provider of world-class talent and resourcing capability, has today announced that it has hired David Williams as its Head of Talent Acquisition.

The role will see David run Alexander Mann Solutions’ global executive search business across all sectors and geographies. As Head of Talent Acquisition, David will be responsible for developing new ways of approaching executive search to make it more efficient and cost-effective for businesses looking to hire senior talent.

A key way in which David is looking to revolutionise AMS’s current talent strategy is through replicating AMS’ recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) model, which sees search teams embedded into the clients’ business. By embedding an executive search team in-house, AMS will be able to fully understand the & lsquo;DNA’ of that business and effectively communicate it to the marketplace.

The team will also be in a stronger position to access key data, knowledge, decision-making hierarchies and existing employees to create a database of individuals who can be brought into the business or moved from other teams within that business as required.

This approach is already successfully deployed as part of AMS’ RPO offering and by applying it to the process of executive search, AMS expects to see the cost-efficiency of executive search dramatically increase.

David has over twenty years experience in talent management, and founded his own company - Global Market Search - in 1994. Global Market Search is a pioneer of executive search for senior hires in investment banking in emerging markets such as Russia and Africa.
