Global Executive Search Specialist RSA welcomes autumn with a host of new starters

RSA, the global life sciences executive search and interim management specialist, is pleased to announce a series of new appointments across the firm.

Sue Ransom joins RSA’s Medical, Clinical and Regulatory practice having recently served as Director of executive search firm Norman Broadbent. A highly experienced consultant, Sue brings with her over 18 years of Life Sciences search experience as well as an impressive track record of brand building within the healthcare sector.

Sue commented on her appointment, saying: “I am delighted at this newly presented opportunity and I look forward to contributing to what is already an established and thriving team working at RSA.”

RSA Singapore welcomes Soubhik Banerjee. An innovative and results-driven consultant, his areas of domestic and international expertise include new product development, productivity improvement and strategic planning. Soubhik previously spent two years as a Regional BD Manager, APAC at ViruSure GmbH, an Austrian CRO specialising in virus and prion biosafety testing.

Commenting on his new role, Soubhik said: “I am very pleased to be part of RSA Singapore.  With over five years experience of working in the Singapore market, I am confident that I can use my knowledge to contribute to the growth of the Singapore business.”

RSA Foster Partners continues to expand and welcomes four new members this month. Ricky Lau has joined as a Consultant to focus on the Medical Devices sector. Ricky has previously worked as a Business Consultant for MRI China Group based in Shanghai and as a Regional Consultant for HRnetOne, a Singapore based executive search firm.

Jessica Blackwell joins as a Consultant to focus on the R&D sector. Jessica holds a BA in Educational Studies from the University of York and with three years life sciences search experience in the UK, Jessica is confident that she will be able to contribute to RSA Foster Partners’ growth in greater China.

Recent graduate Mandy Pan joins as a Researcher focusing on the R&D and Medical Devices sectors. Mandy obtained her BA in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. Mandy is passionate about recruitment and is fluent in English, Chinese, Spanish and German.

JiangxiNormal Universitygraduate, Nina Yang, has joined as a Researcher. Nina has as a BA in HR Management and was awarded the “Students Excellent Cadre” award and scholarship from 2007 – 2010.

“We are proud to have secured such a varied group of talented individuals” said Nick Stephens. “We hope that we can provide all new members of the team with the right platform to further develop their expertise and present them with opportunities to help expand and develop the business in new ways.”

RSA would also like to congratulate Dr Renu Vijh and Evy Young who have both recently been promoted to the position of Principal Consultant, as well as Rob Sansom who has been promoted to Senior Consultant.
