Innovative features added to Milkround ATS 

Three new features have been added to the Milkround Applicant Tracking System (ATS), giving graduate recruiters more control over their online application process.

It marks the opening of graduate schemes across the UK, saving recruiters time and money by providing tools to cut out the paperwork.

With PwC reporting they received over 22,000 applications for their 2011 graduate programme*, it is increasingly important for graduate recruiters to find the best software to help with the high volume of applications received. 

Milkround recognises this need and one of its first ATS upgrades is the introduction of a comprehensive Boolean candidate search. This enables recruiters to use a sophisticated search to select candidates that match all of their key requirements. Unsuccessful candidates can then be sent an automated, branded email to inform them they have not been successful.

Another new feature improves the candidate experience by providing personalised application forms designed by the company. This ensures clients branding remains consistent throughout the recruitment process.

The third feature is a new scheduling system this allows recruiters to increase efficiency by creating and booking interview slots online. Recruiters simply block out windows of availability which then allows candidates to book their own interview slots. The new feature makes creating large or small schedules easier and more flexible, while candidates and recruiters are kept informed of any changes via personalised emails and SMS.

Milkround Commercial Software and Strategy Manager Mark Dempsey, is excited the applicant tracking system is continually implementing innovative features, at a time when recruiters are seeking software to improve the graduate recruitment process.
