Love Success Recruitment hits One Year anniversary with growth plans for a new city office

After only one year of trading, Love Success Recruitment has hit a series of exciting milestones despite the back-drop of a recently more challenging economy.

Co-founders of Huntress, jointly responsible for growing the business to a &pound100million turnover recruitment group with 22 offices nationwide, are surpassing their budget for Love Success by 30% and have imminent plans to open their second branch in the City.

Julia Vassie, Co-founder- Love Success, comments, “Our new City office enables us to service our clients based in this area and operate as an extension of our West End HQ. Our passion for recruitment has only increased, and we are excited to  continue expanding Love Success as a boutique-recruitment consultancy throughout London and the South-East. We have direct experience at growing a start-up recruitment group during a recession into a thriving business.”

Jane Atherton, Co-founder- Love Success, comments, “The past year has seen us surpass a number of goals. We have already hit a client base of well over 100 and are seeing repeat business and early loyalty, which is extremely encouraging. We are proud of the team all of which are partners in our business and have a substantial shareholding in the company.”

The business model of Love Success differs to many traditional commercial and office support agencies, particularly those who offer low-cost, high-volume solutions, which tend to sacrifice on the quality.  Love Success candidates are all individually sourced and met to establish  a relationship and understand the direct cultural and business fit to clients’ businesses.

Clients of Love Success also benefit from many value-added services such as a loyalty scheme and complimentary attendance to seminars and networking groups on topics such as employment law.

Jane Atherton explains, “The next year will see us consolidate, but also continue to grow the team and establish opportunities for further expansion.”
