Nick Hodan joins the JM Group to support its continued growth

The JM Group, one of the premier IT recruiters within the industry, is delighted to announce its appointment of Nick Hodan to drive the continued growth of its well respected Executive Search business servicing the Investment Banking, Retail Banking Professional Services, Asset Management and Digital sectors.

With over 10 years experience in the recruitment industry and an impressive background in the appointment of senior executives internationally, Nick joins JM from Drayton Finch as Principal Consultant – Executive Search. Within just a few weeks of starting at the company, Nick has already made a significant impact through the acquisition of a number of major accounts, including both a well known asset management firm and a major technology player.

Nick commented: “With a heritage of 30 years within the industry and a client base that has retained its loyalty over this period, it was obvious to me that JM has something special to offer. What’s more after meeting the people and understanding the vision of the business I was sold on the fact that it was the right move for me.”

Celebrating its 30th birthday this year, JM is a niche provider of IT and business change specialists to clients in the consultancy, financial services, infrastructure and digital sectors.  The company’s reputation is built upon its specialist permanent, contract, interim and search consultants’ delivery of a high quality service and results.

Nick added “I am extremely excited about the scope of opportunity there is at JM and I am looking forward to establishing a team to help me bring more new business to the company.”

Dave Pye, CEO of JM, commented: “We are delighted Nick has joined JM and consider him a key appointment to the team. This new role reflects the increased opportunities JM is securing with its new clients as well as the improved confidence we’ve seen in the senior part of the market.”
