TEAMSTAFF Inc. announces Major rebranding

- Primary operating subsidiary renamed DLH Solutions, Inc. -

TeamStaff, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSTF),a leading logistics and healthcare services provider to the Federal Government, including the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs, announced today that it has embarked on a major rebranding program designed to underscore its competitive advantage and strong track-record in the Federal health delivery, logistics, and technical services markets. As part of this program, TeamStaff has retained O'Keeffe & Company, the largest full-service marketing agency in the government space, to assist in its plans for implementation and facilitate a smooth transition.

The first step in this process is that effective immediately, TeamStaff Government Solutions, Inc., the Company's primary operating subsidiary, will be renamed DLH Solutions, Inc. The name DLH acts as an acronym for its key market focus of Defense, Logistics and Health. Later, the Company will convene a meeting of its shareholders to approve a proposal to change the name of the parent company, TeamStaff, Inc., to DLH Holdings Corp.

TeamStaff's President and Chief Executive Officer Zachary Parker stated, "I believe that this rebranding program will help raise TeamStaff's profile in our strategic markets so the Company can benefit to a greater degree in the growing areas of the Department of Defense and the Department of Veteran Affairs' budgets where it creates the most customer value. Our impeccable track-record, combined with O'Keeffe & Company's commitment to deliver a tangible return on investment, is expected to result in a brand that accelerates task order and partner contract capture for TeamStaff, along with establishing a clearly identifiable brand in the Federal/defense market."

"Rebranding is a strategic decision based on careful thought and planning, and is a logical step following our commercial staffing divestiture of 2010," said Chairman of the Board Rick Wasserman.
