The Top Ten Things to Consider When Selecting a Recruitment Software Solution

Cirrus Nova today announced they have released a new white paper which provides insights into how the recruitment software industry has grown and some of the challenges faced by recruiters looking to partially or fully automate some of their processes.

Recognising how difficult it can be for recruiters to know which system is the best for them, or even if they need one at all, Cirrus Nova have produced what they hope is an unbiased document which examines the key features,   the top ten things to consider and refreshingly also acknowledges that not all recruiters will benefit from using software to address their business challenges.

Speaking from Leamington Spa today, Laura Harwood the author of the white paper commented, “I am fairly new to the recruitment industry myself and on joining Cirrus Nova I was overwhelmed by the amount of choice in the market place and the different ways in which companies are addressing the challenges in the sector. “
