Simplicity recruits ready to meet ambitious yearly targets

As an award winning financial and service supplier to the recruitment industry, Simplicity has got hands on with its own recruitment and hired two new executives to support the company’s expansion and development.

Alex Goode and Simon Jay were hired in September to help generate and develop new business opportunities, in accordance to Simplicity’s decade-long growth strategy formulated earlier this year.

Businesses with dynamic growth plans and ambitious targets tend to attract a wide variety of candidates looking to secure a position in a business that will build their careers as the company develops.

Simplicity is no different. Goode comes from an ex-professional footballer and sales background, while the younger Jay, who started in retail, is a dedicated petrol head in his spare time. What they both share is a desire to succeed both personally and with Simplicity.

Goode and Jay will be joining the professional sales team at Simplicity, headed up by company sales director David Vizard, who is excited about the future of the business, saying: “Recruitment companies, from brand new start-ups to the biggest players in the industry, increasingly need to be freeing up time to win new clients and gain access to more credit,” added Vizard, “Simplicity offers a range of tangible and accessible services to enable them to do just that, adding real prospects to the future growth of the recruitment sector.”

Both of Simplicity’s new starters will likely keep this in mind as they build and develop skills in their new roles. Alex Goode is the business development executive, tasked with generating new business and dealing with new start up recruitment agencies. Simon Jay fills the role of telemarketing executive, where he will be generating new business from start-up and established recruitment agencies by making appointments and generating leads to deliver to the sales team.

The new recruits can look forward to dynamic and exiting times as Simplicity has a five year vision, to supplement their other plans, where they are aiming to meet a target annual turnover of over &pound100 million. To achieve this, Simplicity is planning to move from its exclusive position within the recruitment industry and offer its financial and back office services to more diverse and un-tapped markets.

No doubt Simplicity’s growth plans and development will lead to further opportunities for people looking to secure a career in an industry that attracts candidates with a keen interest in sales from a host of different backgrounds.

Simplicity products currently include cashsimply, permsimply, payrollsimply, backofficesimply, gainsimply, vatsimply, awrsimply and Double It! which provide a range of services from 100 per cent funding through to back office management, administration, and increased access to credit.
