The JM Group launch their digital recruitment arm – JM Digital

In response to the growing demand for digital staff within the financial services, consultancy and digital sectors, The JM Group, one of the premier IT recruiters within the industry, is delighted to announce the official launch of its new digital recruitment arm - JM Digital (www.jmdigital.com).

Building upon its 30 years of heritage within the banking sector and a reputation for delivering a high quality service, The JM Group is extending its recruitment services beyond IT and business change staff through the launch of its new digital brand.

Dave Pye, CEO of JM, commented: “We’re extremely excited about the launch of JM Digital as it represents one of the many ways The JM Group is evolving to keep ahead of the changing demands of our customers. The digital arena has exploded in recent years and JM Digital has been set up in direct response to this.”

Over the last few years The JM Group has seen the demand for digital staff soar within the banking sector. This has been due to factors such as the emergence of next generation web-based trading systems and the phenomenal growth in usage of social media and mobile phone applications. The JM Group has seen the demand for roles such as User Experience (UX) Designers, Digital & Web Project Managers and Information Architects rocket.

Dave continued: “JM Digital is already doing extremely well. In the short time we’ve been up and running, we’ve already extended our customer base beyond the banking sector, which The JM Group has traditionally focused upon, to include some of the UK’s major digital marketing agencies.”

Heading up JM Digital is David Young. David joined The JM Group just over a year ago with the specific objective to set in place a team ready for JM Digital’s launch. With over 6 years experience in digital recruitment, providing staff to some of the biggest brands, and a background in building successful teams, David was a perfect fit for the company.

David Young commented: “The opportunity to build a new brand from scratch was too good to miss. Especially as I felt there was a gap in the market for a company like JM Digital.
