Leading global information services company calls on Assured Recruitment to support the opening of its new telemarketing division


National executive recruitment specialist, Assured Recruitment, has been appointed by Experian to recruit a large number of call centre staff to work within the company’s new telemarketing division.

Experian is the leading global information services company, providing data and analytical tools to clients in more than 80 countries. The company helps businesses to manage credit risk, prevent fraud, target marketing offers and automate decision-making. Experian also helps individuals to check their credit report and credit score, and protect themselves against identity theft.

Experian was opening a new telemarketing division within the company’s B2B operations, and faced a new challenge of recruiting a high volume of experienced candidates.

The expansion followed a period of sustained growth, and Experian wanted to open the new division as soon as possible, therefore urgently required a bespoke solution to meet their needs.

Assured targeted successful B2B companies with large outbound call centres and approached their high performers with the opportunity of working for the Experian brand. Those selected underwent a pre-screening by telephone, followed by an interview with Assured before being invited to attend a two-day assessment.

The assessment consisted of multiple tests, role-plays, and group scenarios, allowing Assured to determine the candidates’ cultural suitability as well as their ability to perform and excel at all telemarketing duties.
