Commenting on what UK recruiters can expect from this must-attend event, Kevin Green, the REC’s Chief Executive, said: “The recruitment and staffing industry has a leading role to play in the global economic recovery, but with increasing  options open to employers to find talent, our industry must innovate and adapt.

“As an industry, we must rise to the challenges such as the global recovery, new technologies, increasing competition and talent shortages. So now is the time for the global recruitment industry to reposition itself so we can explain to clients the value we offer to help create an open and flexible global labour market.

“For that reason, it is imperative for as many UK recruiters as possible to participate in this event and make their voices heard at this once in a lifetime conference.”
