Innovative on-line recruitment system moves out of beta

Innovative on-line recruitment system moves out of beta, the new innovative online job matching and candidate assessment solution for employers, has moved it’s technology out of beta testing and made it available to the wider market.

The unique approach was launched in beta last September after 13 months in development. The new recruitment concept was developed with the joint aim of significantly improving the candidate matching process for employers and the job-hunting experience for candidates.

The system, which was in private closed beta with 10 organisations, uses sophisticated work style preferences and skills matching at the beginning of the job application process, improving the overall match of candidate to the role.

ADM Promotions are rolling out the recruitment tools following a successful trial of the software in beta. After piloting software in their Shanghai office last year to develop a strategic training and hiring plan, the company are now implementing the recruitment tools in the UK.

Co-founder, OraRuth Rother commented "We are very excited to be out of beta. To finally see the product on the open market means so much to Marc Mapes, my co founder and me. It demonstrates just how far we have come since first sketching out the solution nearly 2 years ago when we were both frustrated candidates looking for work. Initial feedback has been excellent and we are looking forward to working with more companies now that we are out of beta.”
