IT TALENT SOLUTIONS LTD OFFERS SHAREHOLDER STATUS TO READING SALES MANAGER BEN FULLER

Following a time-honoured commitment to IT Talent and dedication to excellence of practice Reading Sales Manager Benjamin James Fuller has become the first employee of IT Talent Solutions Ltd to gain shareholder status.

The move strengthens a company drive towards obtaining the Investors in People Standard and coincides with comments made by Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg calling for a “John Lewis economy”. It demonstrates commitment to workforce motivation by recognising and rewarding hard work and dedication. It is hoped the initiative will facilitate sustained, assured client relationships as employee retention figures increase, the staff base matures and employees increasingly buy in to the company.

Mr Fuller, who joined IT Talent in 2005 and is the longest standing employee of the company said, “I feel extremely privileged to be recognised and rewarded for my work. I am incredibly thankful for all the support given to me by IT Talent and hope others will feel incentivised to follow in this vein.”

Company Directors Kevin Howes and Claudia Lawrence set up the share option scheme - the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) under IT Talent Trustees Limited in May 2009. The trust is made up of share options which will be released to key individuals in a target based programme.

IT Talent’s Managing Director Kevin Howes said, “We are very pleased to be in a position to offer this to such a respected member of our team. It underlines our commitment to our employees and is reflective of our companies continuing development and industry achievements”.
