NRL Gain APSCo Membership as Company Drives Forward

Privately-owned recruitment business NRL Ltd has recently gained membership of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies. APSCo membership is viewed as a sign of high professional standards and the vetting process for applicants is stringent.

Members of APSCo have to follow a Code of Conduct which sets standards of excellence in recruitment practice.

“While NRL have long been renowned for our integrity and openness of approach, gaining the APSCo membership is a visible sign of best practice to those who don’t already deal with us,” says managing director Mike Barber. “As well as inspiring confidence in would-be clients and candidates, membership also provides a morale boost for our own staff. It’s a validation of the quality of their work.”

NRL Ltd were established in 1983 and are best known for supplying construction, trades and technical workers to industries such as power generation, utilities, pharmaceuticals, automotive and rail. NRL’s head office is based in Cumbria and they now have six branches throughout the country, having opened an office in London in 2011. Nor is this the only recent advance in the last 12 months NRL has become preferred or sole supplier to several additional blue chip clients and has seen turnover rise in the latest financial year.

Says Mike Barber: “For those who may wish to work with NRL in the future, our APSCo membership provides additional reassurance of our quality of service and company values.”
