Proffice acquires minority stake in Dfind prematurely

To ensure a continued strong expansion of the specialist company Dfind AB acquires Proffice AB remaining shares in the company early. Proffice has since 2005 owned 51 percent of Dfind. A buyout of minority shareholders were originally scheduled for early 2013, but brought forward and implemented, instead, 12 January 2012.

- Dfind has been very successful in the IT staffing. With a high demand for IT and engineering skills throughout the Nordic region, we see great opportunities to grow us even more. Through this acquisition, we create the necessary conditions, says Lars Kry, president and CEO of Proffice AB.

Proffice pay about 159 million for the remaining 49 percent of the shares. Payment of the purchase price is made in February 2013. The sale does not make any management changes in Dfind.

Dfind is a recruitment and consultancy company specializing in IT. The company was founded in 2005 and has nearly 600 employees in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmo, Uppsala, Link&oumlping, Oslo and Stavanger.
