SEARCH CONSULTANCY UNVEILS DAVE HOLDEN AS NEW MANAGING CONSULTANT FOR BRIGHTON

Managing consultant role created to strengthen Brighton’s legal operation

Search Consultancy today (12 January 2012) announced the promotion of Dave Holden to the position of managing consultant within the legal division of its Brighton office.

Holden will be responsible for developing Search’s market presence within the legal profession, building on Search’s growing reputation in Brighton and the South East. He will also mentor the existing team and train the new starters who have recently joined the established and successful legal team.

Holden joined the Crawley Search office in April 2007 as a trainee legal consultant and has developed into a highly effective recruitment consultant who has also demonstrated excellent team management capabilities. He moved to the Brighton Search office when it opened its doors in November 2010.

Commenting on his promotion to managing consultant Holden said:

“I’m delighted to be leading Search’s legal division in Brighton. I thoroughly enjoy working for the company and this new role will give me the opportunity to develop my managerial experience.

“The appetite for recruitment in the Brighton legal sector has been steadily improving in 2011 and is expected to stay strong in coming months and I’m passionate about helping to source the best candidates for my clients.”

Jenny Finch, regional director, Search Consultancy said:

“I have worked with Dave for a number of years and his experience, expertise and reputation made him the obvious choice for the new managing consultant role. He is ideally placed to source ambitious and skilled individuals who can contribute to the future success of local legal companies.

“I am confident that Dave’s knowledge of the legal recruitment sector in the region will be valued by both new and existing customers, as we look to expand in the Brighton area.”

Search recently announced its intention to expand its Brighton operations, following a strong 14 months of trading.
