Turnover Increases as Blue Collar Recruitment Agency celebrates 10 years

Leicesterbased Encore Personnel Services, who have just celebrated their 10th anniversary, have announced their year-end financial results for 2011 with turnover up to &pound24,918,218, up 11% on 2010. With the opening of two new locations, Birmingham in January and Slough in October and a high growth ranking, Encore have put aside the depressed recessionary picture to post strong results.

Encore Personnel, who were formed by their Director team of Greg Latham, Chris Hockey and Ian Briers, opened their first office in Millstone Lane Leicester in January 2002 and have recently been ranked as the 35th fastest growing recruitment firm in the UK, showing their ability to reinvigorate and flourish in the toughest of conditions.

The Recruiter Fast 50, prepared by Boxington Corporate Finance, lists the fastest growing private recruitment businesses in the UK according to compound annual sales growth rate as measured over the most recent three-year financial reporting period.

Managing Director Greg Latham commented, & lsquo;Chris, Ian and myself have come a long way in the 10 years from the day we opened the door for the first time in 2002. We now employ over 100 staff across our branch network with a projected turnover this year of &pound30m’

Encore now specialise in the supply of blue-collar personnel (logistics, manufacturing and engineering, temporary and permanent) to industry throughout the U.K, employing over 2,000 temporary staff each week through its 7 locations and 19 divisions.
