TVision Technology and Cirrus Nova in Dynamics partnership

Microsoft Gold Partner, TVision Technology and Warwickshire based Cirrus Nova are partnering to provide comprehensive back and front office solutions for the recruitment industry built on Microsoft's Dynamics platform.  Both front and back office solutions can be hosted on premise or using the cloud, or a combination of both.

Surreybased Microsoft Gold Partner TVision Technology, established suppliers of back office solutions to the Recruitment sector, have announced that they will be partnering with Warwickshire based Cirrus Nova, suppliers of recruitment front office solutions. Both solutions are built on the award winning Microsoft Dynamics products, providing Recruitment Agencies with first class software for front and back office and a real solution for those looking to fully integrate both sides of their business operations and sales.

TVision has been supplying back office solutions for nearly ten years. Cirrus Nova built on their own experiences as an in-house IT team delivering bespoke solutions, to develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM for recruitment companies. This collaborative approach means companies can really leverage their investment in Microsoft technologies to deliver real return on investment and competitive advantage.

“Our experience with the back office environment is that most organisations want to install these on premise but there is a growing interest in hosted, Cloud, solutions,” Richard Thompson, MD TVision Technology. “Agencies can elect to go fully on-premise, hybrid – that is hosted front office with on premise back office – or fully hosted.”

By standardising systems, agencies will save on training and maintenance as Microsoft solutions are familiar to users and technical teams. The Microsoft partner channel means that there is always plenty of local expertise.

“There are a lot of niche players delivering solutions to the recruitment sector,” Andy Brown, MD Cirrus Nova, “We’re offering all the benefits of a Microsoft solution with all the fit of a niche. Partnering with TVision opens up a wider dialogue and presents greater opportunities for the agencies in realising an end-to-end Microsoft solution.”

The TVision/Cirrus Nova solutions can be delivered standalone or fully integrated. This means recruitment agencies have immense flexibility in how and when they deploy the technology, easily and cost effectively replacing old, expensive systems, with Microsoft products.

Steve Morrow, Dynamics Director, Microsoft UK, “One of the benefits of deploying Microsoft solutions is to leverage investment across the range. By standardising on Microsoft platforms, end users enjoy cost savings and productivity gains. It is always positive to see partners working together for the value to the market and customers business priorities.”

The partnership was facilitated by Giant Step, a specialist organisation that focuses on introducing IT companies to mutually beneficial partners and developing go-to-market strategies.

Caroline Egan, MD, Giant Step, “With so much synergy between Cirrus Nova and TVision it has been a natural partnership. Both companies’ enthusiasm for delivering quality solutions to the recruitment industry has made this project a pleasure to work on, the foundations are in place for the partnership to deliver great success and a strong joint value proposition to the market.”

TVision Technology was founded in 1999 and provides finance and ERP software solutions for clients.  TVision is a Microsoft Gold Partner and has always focused exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or Navision as it was formerly called).  TVision has developed two vertical applications for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Agency Time recruitment industry software for recruitment agencies and the Wine System wine industry software for drinks distributors.
