Bell Cornwall Recruitment acquires Acorn4Jobs in Sutton Coldfield

Bell Cornwall Recruitment has announced the expansion of its operations in the West Midlands with the acquisition of Acorn4Jobs in Sutton Coldfield.

Acorn4Jobs is an established agency in the West Midlands with a 27 year history of servicing clients in Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas. Bell Cornwall Recruitment was selected by Isobel for the takeover due to the agencies similar industry expertise, & lsquo;love work’ ethic and personal approach to recruitment.

Isobel explains: “I am impressed with the professionalism of Bell Cornwall Recruitment, and am confident they will continue to provide the & lsquo;quality rather than quantity’ standard of recruitment that Acorn has always aspired to. I wish them the very best for the future, and look forward to hearing of their further expansion in the years ahead”.

The acquisition comes just months after Bell Cornwall Recruitment announced its expansion from Birmingham to Lichfield, widening their services from the West Midlands to Staffordshire. The agency, which experienced a record-breaking year in 2011, recruits across a variety of sectors including Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Legal, IT, Administration, Secretarial and Finance.

Bell Cornwall Recruitment began integrating Acorn4Jobs’ clients in December after the firm passed over both its Colliers Jaguar and GCL Direct accounts.

Jeremy Cornwall, partner and director at Bell Cornwall Recruitment, said: “Acorn4Jobs has an excellent reputation in Sutton Coldfield so we really are very fortunate to be taking over such an established like-minded agency.

“The firm fits incredibly well with us, we have the same ideals and a wealth of experience in recruiting for wide ranging office support roles. We are now looking forward to a seamless transition and to continue welcoming some fantastic clients and candidates on board.”
