Jonathan Austin, founder and CEO of Best Companies, comments: “The 100 Best Companies to Work for list is now in its 12th Year, and each year we are blown away by the calibre of companies entering. As more and more companies are switching on to employee engagement and the benefits it can bring, we are seeing British workplaces becoming better places to work each year. To be recognised as one of the 100 Best, then, is truly an achievement to be proud of.”

We continuously aim to offer the best service in the marketing recruitment industry, and to do this we need the best people. Recruitment after all, is the ultimate people business. We have an incredibly low staff turnover, which is due to the fact that we genuinely value our employees. We are very proud of this achievement.”
