Eurostaff unveils two new identities as demand for specialist recruitment booms

Staffgroup becomes parent company to three distinct recruitment brands specialising in technology, finance and energy sectors

Eurostaff previously provided specialist recruitment solutions to the technology, finance and energy industries under one banner, but today announces the incorporation of Staffgroup Limited and Earthstaff Limited. The firm is transitioning to being a major player in the global recruitment market and now comprises three distinct business units – Eurostaff Finance, Eurostaff Technology and Earthstaff with Staffgroup as the parent company – each with its own executive management team, dedicated recruiters and supported by a new dedicated online, mobile and social media presence.

The formation of Staffgroup comes at a pivotal and exciting time as the company looks to emphasise its position as a specialist recruiter and become true market leaders in its key sectors. Established in 2003 by Mark Znowski and Paul Flynn, Staffgroup works across the permanent and contract talent pools and serves a growing and diverse mix of companies. Eurostaff Finance and Eurostaff Technology have experience in more than 20 countries placing mid-to-senior level professionals in a range of accounting, financial services, IT, telecoms and analytics roles, while the newly incorporated Earthstaff specialises in oil & gas, minerals and wind power across Europe, CIS, Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

“Our new branding and refreshed approach are powerful tools in differentiating us in an extremely competitive market and allows us to communicate more clearly our core values to existing and future clients as well as internally,” states Glenn Southam, marketing manager, Staffgroup. “The subtle brand changes we’ve made ensure our team, candidates and clients are clear about our positioning and the change in engagement strategy reflects how our unique approach in each market is unified by a desire to go one step further than many recruitment firms.”

Rapid development in the technology, finance and energy sectors across the globe has created growing demand for new skills, which Staffgroup continues to meet consistently for clients and candidates alike – a fact that saw the firm featured in the UK’s prestigious Sunday Times Fast Track tables in recent years. Staffgroup and its companies will also provide regular insights into the market, researching and publishing salary and employment trends specific to the industry while acting as true consultative recruitment.

“Despite continued uncertainty in the global economy, we’ve seen revenues rise, posted several record months towards the backend of 2011 and expect the specialist markets in which we operate to continue to flourish,” comments co-founder and director Mark Znowski. “Organisations in our specialist sectors continue to hire people with the right skills and experience. Several technology markets in Europe are particularly buoyant, while our finance and energy divisions continue to make a high volume of placements. We are looking to support this demand by establishing further offices throughout Europe as well as recruiting exceptional people with local knowledge of the markets and cultures we operate in.  Our people really understand the value that jobseekers and companies demand when engaging with a professional recruitment firm, and we believe the creation of Staffgroup and Earthstaff as well as the changes to the Eurostaff brands will only enhance that both internally and in the marketplace.”
