Towers Watson strengthens HR Technology team with four key appointments in EMEA

Towers Watson has announced four significant appointments in its growing HR Technology business in EMEA, reflecting increased demand for the firm’s services across the region. Following the recent release of version 7.0 of the company’s Talent|REWARD software, Towers Watson is building a larger team to handle demand, drive further growth and deliver the increased number of implementation projects in EMEA.

Chad Daugherty has been appointed to the newly created position of Director of HR Technology, EMEA. Based in London, Chad will oversee all aspects of the business at an EMEA level, driving growth in the business and further building the sales and implementation teams in the region. Chad has been with Towers Watson since 2003 and has almost 20 years experience in talent management, rewards and related technologies.

As part of Towers Watson's plan to grow its HR Technology focus in EMEA, the company is reinforcing its team with three new members based in London and Paris, who will be focusing on sales, project management, marketing, data analysis and configuration.

Andrea Valvassori joins Towers Watson as Talent|REWARD Senior Sales Consultant, EMEA. Andrea will be based in Paris focusing on business development. Andrea has 15 years experience in talent management technology sales and implementation, having previously worked at PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors.

Rebecca Gross joins the HR Technology team as Senior Manager, Project Management and Marketing. Based in Paris, Rebecca will be focusing on the management of new and existing projects and will be spearheading marketing efforts for Talent|REWARD across EMEA. Rebecca has worked at Towers Watson for 5 years, prior to which she spent over 10 years working in the high tech industry in both Europe and the U.S.

Andy Simpson has recently started as an HR Technology Business Analyst. Based in London, Andy has joined from a similar in-house role at a leading investment bank and will be providing technical data analysis and system configuration across the practice.
