CV-Library Supports Social Media in Recruitment Conference

CV-Library joins some of the UK’s leading recruitment suppliers at the Social Media in Recruitment Conference on 19th April.

Now in its fourth year, the 2012 Conference is aimed at helping employers gain the most from using social media when recruiting. The previous three conferences attracted over 600 delegates from around the world and the 2012 programme will feature the latest social recruiting trends, case studies and best practices.

Conference Organiser from Web Based Recruitment, Mike Taylor: “Whether you are recruiting in the private or public sector there is something in the programme for everyone, covering both beginners and experienced users of social media.”

As social media develops and evolves the recruitment sector can take advantage of its intelligence and target, engage and reach even more professional candidates. CV-Library is growing at an exceptional rate and their focus for 2012 is re-engagement with a strong use of social media activity. Clients can now post all of their jobs automatically onto LinkedIn and platforms such as Twitter and Facebook are used to share vacancies.

Managing Director of CV-Library, Lee Biggins: “Exhibiting at an event like this allows us to demonstrate how we can support all campaigns by providing a constant supply of professional candidates. It’s more important than ever to use a variety of recruitment platforms and social media can work well alongside established job boards.”

The key topics that will be covered on the day will include how companies have embraced Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to recruit top talent, how you can use social media to engage with potential hires, plus tools, tips and techniques to help you manage your daily social media activities.
