Evolution Recruitment Solutions awarded 2nd place in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies
Evolution Recruitment Solutions awarded 2nd place in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for 2012.
Evolution Recruitment Solutions, the specialist IT and Engineering Recruitment Consultancy operating across the U.K, Germany and Singapore are proud to have been awarded 2nd place in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for 2012.
Each year Best Companies and The Sunday Times celebrate the best small, mid-size and large workplaces in the UK. Employees within participating organisations are surveyed and businesses judged based on feedback directly from their teams.
Following the surveys, Best Companies then compile a list of the Top 100 companies in each size category. These businesses receive a Top 100 companies to work for award and the list of successful companies is published in the Sunday Times.
The Evolution management would like to thank all of the team members who took the time to give their views, and for their positive feedback about the company. Further they would like to thank the team managers, whose constant engagement and support of their teams ensures, not only that the company continues to thrive but also that their team members enjoy and grow within their roles.
Gareth Morris, Director and joint founder of Evolution says:
"This latest award is simply the icing on the cake. It’s a real statement that following our Investors In People status, we have won a Best Companies 3 Star award in January and now the 100 Best Small Companies to work for award. It really goes to show any business that the investment and support of your teams is worth it. During the last 11 years we have always strived to engage our team members and build a real environment of trust and continuous development.
This award won’t be the end of it. Evolution will continue to support and nurture our teams going forward, ensuring that they are getting as much from their work life as they give us as a business."
