Now Recruitment has made a flying start to 2012 with a number of new appointments across its UK branches.

The appointments are part of a targeted expansion plan for the company and will bring the overall number of employees for the company to 60.

As well as responding to a general growth in business across each of its key sectors Now Recruitment is specifically looking to increase its market share in the education, construction and accountancy markets.

Mark Bull, Group Operations Director said: “Education is one of our key areas of growth, our teams in Birmingham and Cardiff have doubled in size in the past 12 months and our aim is build a national presence in this sector.  Construction has always been one of our areas of specialism and whilst the market still can’t be described as buoyant we’ve been successful in substantially increasing our market share.

“Our intention is to ensure we can service and then build on the growth we’ve enjoyed so far and then be in the best possible position to take advantage of the upturn in the economy when it happens.  We believe that the best way to do this is to get a strong, experienced and enthusiastic team in place.”
