iGlobalWellness launches Wellness 4 Life programmes

Wellness services provider iGlobalWellness is this month launching its Wellness 4 Life programmes to help managers and staff change their long-term behaviour and adopt active, healthier lifestyles.

Scientific research suggests it’s healthier for most people to remain active all day rather spending hours working out.1 iGlobalWellness encourages people to be more active by supplying them with a revolutionary monitor which measures speed and intensity of movement and calorie burn. Users can track their daily activity levels on an interactive website and change their activity habits accordingly.

iGlobalWellness offers two Wellness 4 Life programmes: a year-long programme aimed at senior management and a four-month programme aimed at an organisation’s staff. Both begin with an assessment week when a person’s typical day-to-day activity is monitored. The user then has a nutritional consultation and is assigned a personal coach to help them change their habits and increase their activity. Over the course of the programme they receive regular lunchtime awareness sessions to monitor their behaviour and encourage good, active habits and healthy eating.
