Video CVs (often focussed purely for candidate presentation) have been around for a while and there are a couple of basic online video interview services now available. However with this new release Tazio is moving the game on to a whole new level for Recruiters, and can radically change the pace of the Recruitment screening and interviewing process in a way that “historic” models of video interviewing technology did not.
What really sets Tazio apart from anything that has gone before is the ability for employers to create hybrid interviews which combine text based questions, multi-choice options, etc with questions the candidate records their answer to using their webcam, or microphone / headset in the case of audio interviews.
This new approach enables employers to assess a candidate’s written and verbal skills, get a great feel for their personality, attitude, and potential cultural “fit” at the very outset of the Recruitment process. This enables them to identify the best talent earlier and allows them to invite for interview only those candidates they are confident meet their Person Spec. This approach reduces the need for costly and time consuming telephone screenings and/or numbers of first stage face to face interviews.
Tazio is now available from just £85 per month which includes 500 interviews and up to 5 users making it unrivalled value for money. For larger employers or recruitment agencies the cost per interview is even lower with an Enterprise or Unlimited annual licence.
