Sarah Lim joins as a Partner in the Global Retail & Consumer Goods Practice at CTPartners

 

CTPartners (AMEX: CTP), a leading global executive search firm, announced today that Sarah Lim has joined the firm as Partner in its Retail & Consumer Goods Practice in London.  With more than 15 years of international search experience, Sarah specialises in serving clients across luxury, apparel, fashion and lifestyle brands.

Through her executive search career, Sarah has successfully assisted emerging brands, private equity investors and large multinational corporations in recruiting top leadership talent including CEO and COO positions as well as key leadership roles at SVP and CMO level across sales, marketing, merchandising, buying/trading and operations.  Sarah is a an expert in global supply chain, procurement and logistics, working with publicly held, venture capital and private organisations.

Sarah’s time as a search professional includes being part of the UK management team of Odgers Ray & Berndtson, where she headed the UK Retail & Consumer Practice & led the firm’s Global Supply Chain Practice.

Her most recent role was with Spencer Stuart within the UK and Global Consumer and Retail Practice where she worked with a wide range of clients across retail, luxury and lifestyle brands as well as consumer goods manufacturers across food, drink & personal care.

Sarah’s former career includes being Recruitment Director of Purcon Consultants Ltd., where she conducted searches for global, regional and country leadership roles in buying, supply chain and logistics.  Her formative career was spent in senior supply chain & buying roles working for Celltech Therapeutics and the Racal-Chubb Group.

Sarah holds an MBA from Henley Business School.  She is a Fellow of and Nominations Committee member for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, and is also active in a number of professional organisations supporting retail & consumer sectors.
