Search recognised by Best Companies

Search Consultancy’s commitment to employee engagement and development has been recognised, with the award of a two-star rating in the Best Companies accreditation guide and the company being listed at number 48 in the prestigious Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For.

The 500-strong UK recruitment company received the two-star rating, defined as outstanding, in acknowledgement of the way in which it engages with its employees and its standard of work practices.

Of the 1,082 organisations which applied to achieve star-status this year, only 515 were accredited, which highlights the strict criteria companies need to meet to gain accreditation.

The associated Best Companies to Work For guide, saw Search enter at number 48 in the 100 in the mid-sized company category, based on the feedback from employees on work practices, employee engagement and employee care.

Commenting on the accreditation CEO Grahame Caswell said, “We’re absolutely delighted to have been recognised as one of the top 100 mid-sized companies to work for in the UK.

“This, along with the Best Companies accreditation, provides a rubber stamp for the investment we’ve made in our training and our people, and gives us a solid benchmark from which we can aim to improve year on year.

“Our people remain central to our success, and this accreditation will undoubtedly help the business go from strength to strength in 2012.”
