Howard Flint has been named managing director at leading independent recruitment outsourcing specialist Omni RMS. This move comes as the company continues on its unprecedented growth trajectory as a result of significant client wins and success on the international stage.

“Major expansion of our consultative services to existing clients, a run on new client wins and the demand for our training has had a real impact on our business in terms of scale and geography,” says Flint. “Although my move to MD was part of the progression plan, the growth we’ve experienced over the last six months has expedited the move.

“With the increasing size and expertise of the team and the demands that we’re experiencing for our services both in the UK and internationally, we need extra bandwidth at a senior level. As managing director I will focus on the operations, and as chairman, Robert Leggett will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company, which is critical to successfully manage our phenomenal growth.”

Flintbrings more than 18 years of experience in complex outsourcing, domestic and international sales management and consulting, having held high-level positions in companies such as CSC Computer Sciences, TFG and Eli Lily. He has been the head of consulting and business development at Omni RMS for nearly five years, during which time he has built a multi-million-pound sales pipeline from scratch and closed the largest deal in the company’s history.
