Solihull Candidate Julie Stephens, wins & lsquo;Outstanding Temp Award’
The Tirebuck Recruitment team are celebrating this week with Julie Stephens, one of their local Solihull candidates, who won Tirebuck’s first & lsquo;Outstanding Temp Award’ for 2012.
Karen Tirebuck, Managing Director of Tirebuck Recruitment, was delighted to present Julie with her Award, and the added prize of a & lsquo;Champagne Tea for Two’ at Hampton Manor in Hampton in Arden, to recognise her outstanding success as a Customer Services assistant.
Bonny Parkes, Recruitment Partner for Tirebuck’s Temporary Division, said,
“Julie has always been a committed, reliable and hardworking person who has temped for us for several years. She is exceptionally calm and resilient under pressure in what is a very demanding role.”
“Having recognition for my achievements by winning this award is really great! You have to be very resilient to do the role I have been doing. I always put in the same amount of effort as a permanent member of staff. I am never late and I think I am very loyal and committed.
“I have enjoyed the demanding nature of this role because I like to be challenged and give customer satisfaction. The role has also helped me to keep my skills up to date by allowing me to offer help and constructive feedback on some work processes. This has enabled my employer to develop a better way of working and improve efficiency.
“I try to always be on my toes and remain positive.”
Talking about the merits of Temporary working, Karen Tirebuck, Managing Director of Tirebuck Recruitment, commented,
“We know that taking on the right temporary member of staff is just as important to our clients as selecting permanent employees. This is why we specialise in looking for temporary workers who share the same work ethic as our clients’ own permanent employees, across a range of sectors including PAs, secretaries, administrators, receptionists, finance, sales ledger, HR, sales and marketing executives, and graduates.”
