David Bumby, Global Head of Internal Recruitment

Spencer Ogden recognises that much of the company’s forward momentum is driven by the skills and expertise of its 90-strong group of recruitment consultants. In order to maintain this growth, David Bumby has been appointed as Global Head of Internal Recruitment. Working with new graduates and experienced recruiters, David will draw on his experience at Graduate Fasttrack to grow Spencer Ogden’s preeminent recruitment team.

“Spencer Ogden’s Graduate Academy is well known for introducing some of the best graduates to the energy recruitment industry. My new role gives me the opportunity to identify the graduates which show the most potential during this three month intensive training process, and who may one day become stars of the industry,” explains Bumby.

In January 2012 Spencer Ogden announced an impressive 460% increase in turnover.

David Spencer Percival comments: “With the company undergoing such a rapid rate of expansion, it become obvious that we would need to expand our team in order to sustain our rate of growth. At Spencer Ogden we are determined to maintain our impressive skills base.
